We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our dynamic team at Danier Leather, Inc. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, building customer relationships, and creating visually appealing merchandising displays.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Build strong relationships with customers through engaging customer service, ensuring they feel valued and confident in their purchases.
- Create and maintain visually appealing merchandising displays that meet brand standards and directives.
- Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, loss prevention, and maintenance of store standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.
- Participate in weekly management calls to share best practices, promote brand consistency, and report on key productivity and performance metrics.
- Fashion retail management experience with a proven track record of sales and team development success.
- Positive, optimistic, and results-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Fashionable and well-groomed professional presentation.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with email, POS, staff scheduling applications, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Well-developed professional sales, customer service, and rapport-building skills.
- Hands-on leadership style with strong people development and management skills.
- Exceptional time management, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and mature, professional judgment and conduct with a strong work ethic and personal integrity.
