Job Title: Sales ConsultantWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in building relationships and contributing to a sales cycle that holds great significance for our seniors and community.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and engage with local businesses to establish fruitful referral partnerships
- Tour potential prospects and advance them through the sales process
- Participate in and host various events to promote our residences
- Develop and execute strategic sales action plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
- At least two (2) years of experience in direct sales with a proven track record of success
- Customer and relationship building focused sales experience
- Strong business acumen and ability to close the sale
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local community
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Competitive compensation package, including monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses
