Sales Consultant

At Cogir Senior Living, we're seeking a talented Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a vital role in promoting our residences and exceeding occupancy and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Effectively manage the sales process to achieve sales targets
- Build relationships with prospects and community members
- Develop and execute strategic sales action plans
- Utilize business acumen to drive sales growth and revenue
- A competitive compensation package, including monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses
- Opportunities for annual merit increases
- Comprehensive onboarding and training program
- Coaching and mentoring from experienced sales professionals
- Dedicated support from our Senior Living Advisory team

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
