Unlock Your Potential as a Sales Consultant
Cogir Senior Living is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in promoting our residences and achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage with potential residents and their families
- Develop and execute strategic sales action plans to drive results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders
- Utilize business acumen to analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with the Senior Living Advisory team to drive new leads and sales opportunities

Requirements:
