Sales Consultant

At Cogir Senior Living, we're seeking a talented Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in building relationships and contributing to a sales cycle that holds great significance for our seniors and community.
Key Responsibilities:- Effectively manage the sales process to surpass occupancy and revenue targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales action plans to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Utilize business acumen to analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with the Senior Living Advisory team to drive new leads to your residence
- A competitive compensation package, including monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses
- A comprehensive onboarding and training program, including six months of sales mentorship
- A dedicated support team available seven days a week to drive new leads
- An extensive benefits plan, including medical coverage, health benefits, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the organization
- At least two (2) years of experience in direct sales, with a proven track record of success
- Strong business acumen, including skills in forecasting, competitor analysis, and business development
- Ability to connect with people, empathetic communication style, and natural warmth and enthusiasm
- High energy, with a passion for community outreach and a drive to achieve results
