We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Revera. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in promoting our residences and exceeding occupancy and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and engage with potential residents and their families to promote our senior living options
  • Develop and execute strategic sales action plans to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community partners
  • Collaborate with our Senior Living Advisory team to drive new leads and sales
  • Participate in and host various events to promote our residences and engage with the community

Requirements:
  • At least two (2) years of experience in direct sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong drive and ability to close the sale, with a passion for community outreach
  • Excellent customer and relationship-building skills, with experience in developing and executing strategic sales action plans
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
