Job Overview

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee at EMCO Corporation, you will embark on a comprehensive 5-phase journey to master every aspect of our business, from shipping and receiving to sales, operations, purchasing, account management, and beyond.

Phase 1: Warehouse Logistics

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our products, their supply chain, and sales support.

Phase 2: Operations

  • Delve into customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory control, pricing, credit management, financial statements, and more.

Phase 3: Inside Sales/Project Management

  • Evolve from resolving customer issues to managing large-scale projects.

Phase 4: Outside Sales/Account Management

  • Learn to identify new business opportunities, sell our products, negotiate contracts, and build strong customer and vendor relationships.

Phase 5: Career Path Determination

  • Apply your training to determine your ideal career path within EMCO Corporation.

Requirements

  • College or University degree
  • Positive attitude and results-driven mindset
