Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job DescriptionRetail Supervisor Role

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, showcasing our brand expertise and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. As a Retail Supervisor, you will lead by example, demonstrating a passion for product knowledge and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Becoming a product expert across our brands to help customers navigate every moment from preemie to size 14.
  • Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
  • Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
  • Consistently model service standards and omni-channel experience while coaching others to success.
  • Lead and execute assigned business focus areas through planning and detailed follow-through.
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A positive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, web navigation, etc.).
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
