Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween is a leading retailer of seasonal merchandise and gifts. We are seeking an experienced Store Leader to join our team in Canada.
Job Summary
The Store Leadership Professional will be responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager in store operations, and ensuring maximum sales and profitability through staff development, expense control, merchandising, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Develop and maintain strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Staff Development: Coach and train staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies.
- Expense Control: Monitor and manage store expenses to meet budget targets.
- Merchandising and Inventory Management: Implement visual merchandising displays, manage inventory levels, and minimize shrinkage.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a seasonal or fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Salary Range
The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000 CAD, depending on experience.
