Job Description

As a retail store supervisor at Wireless Fix, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assigning sales workers to duties to maximize productivity and efficiency;
  • Hiring, training, and developing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed;
  • Ordering merchandise and authorizing returns to maintain optimal inventory levels;
  • Selling merchandise and preparing reports on sales volumes and merchandising matters;
  • Resolving customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner;
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory, including receiving and stocking shipments;
  • Supervising and coordinating activities of staff members to ensure seamless store operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate; experience is an asset;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Clinical focus, reliability, dependability, and excellent oral communication skills.
