Warehouse Logistics Specialist

About the Role
MRT is seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Forklift Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods within our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift or electric pallet truck to load and unload merchandise;
- Secure and verify the securing of merchandise to prevent damage or loss;
- Load merchandise into trailers in the correct order, utilizing your analytical skills to maximize space and efficiency;
- Comply with safety procedures, quality standards, and productivity expectations;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Forklift driver certification;
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations;
- Experience in a transportation company (a plus);
- Motivated team player with a strong work ethic;
- Ability to work in a variable temperature environment and lift heavy objects;
- Logical and analytical thinking skills.
