Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual for a role that encompasses various aspects of warehouse management, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and sales assistance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing orders and managing product reception and dispatch
  • Coordinating logistics and transportation activities
  • Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
  • Participating in annual inventory assessments
  • Processing customer orders and preparing sales quotes
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and addressing any inquiries or issues
  • Engaging in procurement activities with suppliers
  • Assisting with additional tasks as directed by the Profit Center manager

Required Qualifications:

  • A degree from a college or university
  • At least one year of experience in warehouse operations and customer service or internal sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capability to learn and utilize order processing systems
  • Basic mathematical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with plumbing and construction materials, proficiency in English, and prior experience in a similar position are advantageous.
