About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual for a role that encompasses various warehouse functions, including order fulfillment, product intake, and dispatch, as well as support for internal sales operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing warehouse duties such as order fulfillment and merchandise reception
  • Coordinating shipping processes and managing transportation logistics
  • Operating forklifts and participating in annual inventory assessments
  • Processing customer orders and preparing sales quotes
  • Maintaining strong relationships with essential clients and addressing customer inquiries
  • Engaging in procurement activities with suppliers
  • Assisting with additional tasks as directed by the Profit Center manager

Qualifications:

  • A degree from a college or university
  • At least one year of experience in warehouse management and customer service or internal sales
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capacity to learn and utilize order processing software
  • Basic mathematical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with plumbing and construction materials, knowledge of the English language, and prior experience in a similar position are advantageous.
