As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our warehouse. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from order fulfillment and inventory management to customer service and supplier coordination.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Preparing and processing orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Receiving and inspecting incoming merchandise, ensuring quality control standards are met.
  • Managing inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, and participating in annual inventories.
  • Coordinating transportation arrangements for shipments and deliveries.
  • Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Assisting the Profit Center manager with various administrative tasks as needed.

We are looking for an individual who possesses:

  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to learn and utilize order processing software effectively.
  • Basic mathematical skills.

Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or construction industry is a valuable asset. Fluency in English is required.
