Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at RGS Marketing INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
