Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at YAS FOODS LTD.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our culinary team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management, menu planning, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our culinary team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Staff Supervision: Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of our culinary staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, ensuring that all food is presented in a visually appealing and appetizing manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions:

The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality food standards.

Cuisine Specialties:

The ideal candidate will have experience in Turkish cuisine.

Physical Capabilities:

The Executive Chef will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment.
