Senior Leverage Finance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Corporate Client Group as a Vice President, Mid-Market Leverage Finance. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in structuring, delivering, and managing senior secured leveraged lending transactions to Private Equity owned/backed companies.
Key Responsibilities- Support MD/Directors and CCG relationship bankers to structure, deliver, and monitor syndicated and bilateral loan transactions.
- Provide research, analysis, and data to support Corporate Client Group guidance and advice on optimal loan structures.
- Develop and maintain a business pipeline, win new business, and close loan transactions to meet revenue plans.
- Support the management and monitoring of the MMLF loan portfolio, including timely reporting of material shifts in risk, client needs, and structure.
- Undergraduate degree with a focus in Business or Economics.
- Work experience in corporate lending/Mid-Market Leverage Finance and/or risk management.
- Proven capability to work through loan agreements and other legal documents with high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, technical, written, and communication skills.
