Job Summary

As a key member of the Corporate Client Group (CCG), the Vice President, Mid-Market Leverage Finance will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering high-quality credit solutions to Private Equity owned/backed companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with MD/Directors and CCG relationship bankers to structure, deliver, and manage senior secured leveraged lending transactions.
  • Provide research, analysis, and data to support CCG guidance and advice on optimal loan structures.
  • Support the development and maintenance of a business pipeline, win new business, and close loan transactions to meet revenue plans.
  • Monitor and manage the MMLF loan portfolio, including timely reporting of material shifts in risk and client needs.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Business or Economics.
  • Work experience in corporate lending/Mid-Market Leverage Finance and/or risk management.
  • Proven ability to work through loan agreements and other legal documents with high attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, technical, written, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of senior debt credit products and their application.
