Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Mid-Market Leverage Finance team as a Vice President. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in structuring, delivering, and managing senior secured leveraged lending transactions to Private Equity owned/backed companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support MD/Directors and CCG relationship bankers to structure, deliver, and monitor syndicated and bilateral loan transactions.
  • Provide research, analysis, and data to support Corporate Client Group (CCG) guidance and advice on optimal loan structures.
  • Support the development and maintenance of a business pipeline, win new business, and close loan transactions to meet revenue plans.
  • Monitor and manage the MMLF loan portfolio, including timely reporting of material shifts in risk, client needs, and structure.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree with a focus in Business or Economics.
  • Work experience in corporate lending/Mid-Market Leverage Finance and/or risk management.
  • Proven capability to work through loan agreements and other legal documents with high attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, technical, written, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of senior debt credit products and the application thereof.
