Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Vice President, Mid-Market Leverage Finance. As a key member of our Corporate Client Group, you will play a critical role in structuring, delivering, and managing senior secured leveraged lending transactions to Private Equity owned/backed companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of loan transactions, working closely with MD/Directors and CCG relationship bankers to deliver high-quality credit solutions.
  • Provide research, analysis, and data to support Corporate Client Group guidance and advice on optimal loan structures, risk, and return profiles.
  • Contribute to the growth and maintenance of a business pipeline, identifying new opportunities and closing loan transactions to meet revenue plans.
  • Monitor and manage the MMLF loan portfolio, reporting on material shifts in risk, client needs, and structure, and providing recommendations for action.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Business or Economics, with a strong background in corporate lending/Mid-Market Leverage Finance and/or risk management.
  • Proven ability to work through loan agreements and other legal documents, with high attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, technical, written, and communication skills, with the ability to model and interpret financial sensitivity and scenario worksheets.
  • Knowledge of senior debt credit products and their application.
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and meet time-sensitive deadlines, while working effectively within a team environment.
