At Chainalysis, we're revolutionizing the way the world understands blockchain technology. As a Senior Manager, Technical Program Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving our blockchain foundations team forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align teams and implement key programs for the entire R&D organization
  • Improve the operational rhythm of the R&D team, including Engineering, Product, Design, and Research
  • Partner closely with other functions, including HR, Legal, Finance, and GTM, to communicate status and drive alignment
  • Drive projects end-to-end, evaluating, defining, and improving end-to-end processes
  • Develop systems, solutions, and products with technical management teams
Requirements:
  • Multiple years of experience driving projects independently
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with technical management teams
  • Thorough knowledge of SCRUM Methodologies and certification
  • Experience presenting complex business and technical plans to senior leadership
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence and applying best practices
  • Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and drive decisions based on data
