The salary for this position is $42.870 per hour, competitive among healthcare professionals in the region.
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures at a competent technical level without direct supervision from the radiologist. You will maintain and document high-quality images, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong intermediate computer skills, advanced medical terminology knowledge, and excellent physical dexterity. A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in Obstetrics, Gynecology, Intra-cavity, Abdomen, and Small parts is required, as well as registration with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography and the College of Medical Radiological Technologists of Ontario.
