We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pacific Link Retail Group Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

About the Role:
  • This is a permanent position with a salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
  • The successful candidate will have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  2. Inventory Control: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  3. Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  4. Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required.
