About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced individual who can lead our team with confidence and poise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies, to ensure that we are operating within our means.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into our business performance.
  • Establish and enforce health and safety protocols, ensuring that our restaurant meets all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Schedule and coordinate the work of our staff, taking into account their skills, experience, and availability.
Requirements
  • 2 years' experience in a senior role in the food service industry, preferably in a similar establishment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
