Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Yukon Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling and confirming appointments
- Oversee the preparation of reports and maintain inventory
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
