Our esteemed client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager and Estimator to enhance their dynamic team.

In this multifaceted position, you will assume dual responsibilities as both Project Manager and Estimator. You will oversee a variety of construction and renovation initiatives, guiding them from the planning phase through to successful execution. As the estimating expert, you will craft competitive bids, ensuring precision and a strong focus on risk assessment.

Are you prepared to elevate your career? We are in search of a motivated candidate who possesses:

  1. 5+ years of experience in Estimation and Project Management
  2. A degree or diploma related to construction (preferred)
  3. Ability to obtain Reliability/Secret Security Clearance
  4. Strong proficiency in interpreting construction plans and contracts
  5. Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities
  6. Effective leadership skills
  7. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively

Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:

  • Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and building codes

Essential requirements:

  1. Experience in Timber ICI Estimation & Project Management or significant Residential Estimation experience
  2. Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  3. Immediate residency within the applicable region
