We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canco. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and promote sales of our products.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, merchandising information, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise in a professional and timely manner.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Experience: Previous retail management experience is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
