About the Role
The Regional Manager, Women in Enterprise Prairies Region will be responsible for delivering on our mission to empower women in business across the country. This role will lead regional initiatives, external partnerships, and internal collaboration with other segment leaders and ONE TD partners. The successful candidate will report to the National Manager, Women in Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal partners and external organizations.
- Collaborate with the Women in Enterprise team to develop and execute programs that support women in business.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Women in Enterprise Bankers.
- Monitor and report on key metrics and performance indicators.
Requirements
- Proven leadership and management experience in a business development or sales role.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
