Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Greets patients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate area or contact.
    • Provides basic information to clients and the public, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Administrative Support
    • Obtains and processes information required to provide customer service, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
    • Orders office supplies and maintains a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Answers telephone calls and relays messages to healthcare staff, ensuring timely and effective communication.
    • Provides exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Financial Transactions
    • Processes payments and maintains accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensures a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors, adhering to clinic policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Schedule
    • 35 to 40 hours per week.
