**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute brand growth strategies, leveraging consumer insights and market trends
* Lead the strategic planning process, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure timely execution
* Manage budgets and resources to maximize ROI across all initiatives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners, including insights, agency partners, and US/Global counterparts
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth

**Qualifications:**

* University degree in Business, Commerce, or Marketing
* Proven strategic thinking skills, with a track record of driving business growth
* Strong leadership capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take data to insights
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
