As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of account coordinators and field managers, providing thought leadership, and driving executional excellence across all clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of account coordinators and field managers to ensure seamless client service.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client growth and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects and meet client expectations.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Post-secondary degree in Business or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Excellent client relationship management skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
