Job Title: Account Director

Brand Momentum is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our client relationships and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of account coordinators and field managers, providing thought leadership, and driving executional excellence across all clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of account coordinators and field managers to ensure seamless client service.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects and meet client expectations.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree in Business or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in account management or a related field.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills and ability to build strong relationships.
