We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Country Market. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
- Bake and decorate cakes and pastries to meet our high standards.
- Train and mentor junior staff members in preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques.
- Ensure that all products meet our quality standards and are presented in an appealing manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
