Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Baking and Decorating: Bake mixed dough and batters, frost and decorate cakes and baked goods, and ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Supervision and Training: Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff, train staff on new recipes and techniques, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Inventory and Scheduling: Organize and maintain inventory, draw up production schedules, and ensure that all products are delivered to customers on time.
- Certifications: Baker Trade Certification
- Language: French
- Work Term: Permanent
- Hours: 40 hours per week
