Logistics Operations Manager

Tarrison is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for growth and development.
- Work Coordination: Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks to ensure efficient use of resources and meet deadlines.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support operational logistics.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
- Experience: Possess at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Work Hours: Work a standard 40-hour week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
