Ontario Inc. is currently seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. This includes establishing and implementing policies and procedures, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and determining and establishing office procedures and routines.

In addition to these tasks, the successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, managing contracts, answering telephone calls and messages, and providing excellent customer service.

The salary for this position is approximately $50,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of the job.

The working hours for this position are 35 hours per week, with a permanent work term. The primary language spoken in the workplace is English.
