Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Coordinator to join our team at Ontario Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing and controlling daily operations, and supervising other workers.

In addition, they will assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees, including housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.

They will also provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Supervise other workers
  • Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees
  • Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
