Digital Experience Manager

As a Digital Experience Manager, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge digital materials on our eCommerce retail and media platforms to boost shopper consideration and purchase intent, all while keeping our brand guidelines front and center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support strategy development and lead the creation and implementation of shopper navigation journeys on our eCommerce retail and media platforms.
- Lead and manage relationships with KOS/Creators/MCN agencies/Livestream partners to meet platform needs.
- Ensure all digital materials align with brand guidelines and advocate for brand experience.
- Oversee job scope and workload for in-house designers.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of digital assets, optimize based on performance indicators, and gather competitive insights.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of professional experience related to digital assets for Shopee, Lazada, and TikTokShop flagship stores.
- Excellent oral and written skills.
- Familiar with backend seller centers of Shopee, Lazada, and TikTokShop.
