Digital Experience Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Develop cutting-edge digital materials on our eCommerce retail and media platforms to boost shopper consideration and purchase intent.
- Support strategy development and lead the creation and implementation of shopper navigation journeys on our eCommerce retail and media platforms.
- Ensure all digital materials align with brand guidelines and advocate for brand experience.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of digital assets, optimize based on performance indicators, and gather competitive insights.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in any field (a background in Statistics is a plus).
- 2-3 years of professional experience related to digital assets for Shopee, Lazada, and TikTokShop flagship stores.
- Stellar project and stakeholder management skills.
- A flair for creatives and attention to detail.
- Existing network of agencies and partners is a big plus.
