Transportation Business Development Executive

Challenger Motor Freight Inc is a leading transportation company dedicated to excellence in logistics solutions. We are currently seeking skilled Business Development Managers to join our team.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on industry standards and requirements.
Job Description:
We require experienced professionals who can effectively source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. This role demands exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as well as solid computer skills, time management, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Identifying Sales Prospects for further development and closure
- Closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of over-achieving quota in the Transportation industry (TL Sales)
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM software
- Effective teamwork skills and ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
- Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills
