Human Resources Partner

We are seeking a Human Resources Partner to support our HR Management Team in executing initiatives related to employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, and organizational development.

  • Work collaboratively with leadership teams to advance business strategies
  • Address performance and conduct challenges
  • Ensure uniform application of company policies and procedures
  • Propose and implement business solutions to enhance performance
  • Oversee Performance Management and Talent Planning activities
  • Facilitate communication with external organizations
  • Assist with global team surveys and subsequent actions
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations
  • Provide counsel on HR policies and procedures
  • Support payroll and record-keeping functions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including 2 years as an HR Generalist or Business Partner
  • Familiarity with HR laws, requirements, and regulations
  • Proficiency in English and French is preferred
