Key Responsibilities:
  • Support lawyers in preparing legal documents, including contracts and pleadings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and gather relevant information for cases, utilizing industry-standard software.
  • Manage case files, maintaining up-to-date documentation and ensuring seamless communication with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
  • Coordinate with clients, courts, and other legal professionals to facilitate smooth case progression.
  • Prepare for trials, hearings, and corporate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available.
Requirements:
  • Paralegal diploma or equivalent legal education.
  • 2+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in legal research and case management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
