Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and methodical Real Estate Paralegal Specialist to join our team at Logica Law. As a key member of our conveyancing team, you will be responsible for handling files from end-to-end, including client intake, document orders, and filings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Intake and File Management: Manage client files from intake to closing, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and filed in a timely manner.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and review documents, including purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, and trust reconciliations.
  • Filings and Record-Keeping: Make filings in the Land Title Office and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including ordering couriers, preparing mail and packages, and generating invoices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a law firm or notary office.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Word and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Unity Law and eConveyance is preferred.
  • A positive and proactive attitude is highly valued.
