About the Role

Pax Law Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, drafting contracts and legal documents, and preparing court reports and affidavits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative services, including scheduling court trials and managing legal correspondence.
  • Draft contracts, prepare promissory notes, and draw up wills, mortgages, and other legal documents.
  • Prepare wills, real estate transactions, and other legal documents, court reports, and affidavits.
  • Manage database management, spreadsheet, and legal software applications.
  • Provide excellent oral and written communication skills to clients and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a legal administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
Work Environment

Pax Law Corporation is a non-smoking, air-conditioned office environment. We offer a 40-hour workweek and a temporary work arrangement.
