Are you a seasoned Paralegal with a passion for Securities looking to take your career to the next level?

Atomic Cartoons, a leading entertainment company, is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our Legal and Business Affairs team.

As a Paralegal for Securities and Compliance, you will play a critical role in supporting our team with production and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with drafting and reviewing corporate filings and continuous disclosure documents.
  • Prepare and complete filings via SEDAR+ and SEDI.
  • Manage the distribution database and track distribution and sales agreements.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and tracking important deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years experience as a Securities Paralegal.
  • A Paralegal diploma from a recognized institution.
  • Prior experience filing via SEDAR+ and SEDI.
  • Familiarity with GSuite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in reviewing and interpreting contracts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000—$90,000 CAD, plus company-sponsored benefits, including medical, GRSP, vacation pay, paid holiday break, paid leave, and a variety of other discounts and perks.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days of remote work and 2 days of in-office work at our Vancouver offices in Mt Pleasant. This is subject to change based on department needs.
