Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Heartland Café. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Develop and implement new menu items and specials to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of food and supplies.
- Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus for private events and functions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
