Plastic Surgeon Opportunity in Nova Scotia

We are seeking a Full-Time Temporary Locum Plastic Surgeon to join our team at Nova Scotia Health and IWK Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the plastic surgery department.
Responsibilities- Provide full scope of practice as a plastic surgeon, including operative and ambulatory clinic time.
- Manage pathology of the hand, breast, head and neck, upper extremity trauma, skin including melanoma, chronic wounds, and minor burns.
- Participate in shared office space with existing plastic surgeons and cover emergency and trauma referrals.
- Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS).
- Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) membership.
- Fellowship in Plastic Surgery, FRCS(C), and licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia.
