Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Marks 703. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
- Sales Floor Management: Assign sales staff to duties, establish work schedules, and ensure a smooth and efficient sales floor operation.
- Merchandise Management: Sell merchandise, manage inventory, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Financial Management: Manage cash, process transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Office and Volunteer Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of office and volunteer staff, ensuring seamless support to the sales team.
