Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K / Esso. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain a well-stocked store environment.
- Sales and Customer Service: Assign sales workers to duties, sell merchandise, and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
