About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Marks 703. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
  • Sales Floor Management: Assign sales staff to duties, establish work schedules, and ensure a smooth and efficient sales floor operation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Merchandise Management: Sell merchandise, manage inventory, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, including office and volunteer staff.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
