  • Communicate to internal stakeholders Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations
  • Post Jobs, Perform interviews, screens, and recruit for entry-level, professional, and technical job openings
  • Provide resolutions to employee relation issues (e.g., employee complaints and harassment allegations)
  • Act as representative for unemployment claims
  • Administer onboarding, orientation, and training within the organization
  • Develop and provide recommendations for policies and processes
  • Coordinate and update intranet site
  • Provide general information and assistance internally and externally over the phone, electronically, and in person
  • Complete other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in HR generalist role required
  • Work experience in recruitment, talent acquisition preferred
  • Data analysis skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to provide beneficial recommendations to solve HR-related issues related to regulations, legislation, and policies
  • Superior computer skills, telephone manner, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent typing skills, including proper spelling and grammar
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key external stakeholders
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures
  • CHRP an asset
